The roles and responsibilities may include but shall not be limited to :

• Managing and supervising order fulfillment from order receiving till dispatched

• Managing shipment documentation

• Managing client coordination with all departments

• Tracking shipments online and managing coordination accordingly

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in order fulfillment
• Prior experience with any reputable E-Commerce Company
• Good communication and problem solving skills
