• Purchasing of IT equipment i.e., computer servers, desktop computers, laptop computers, CCTV cameras, network switches, network routers, access points and any other IT equipment.
• Purchasing of other smart equipment i.e., TVs, A/Cs etc.
• Maintaining record of all equipment purchased in above mentioned categories.
• Asset tagging of all I.T. equipment in coordination with Accounts dept.
• Uploading all I.T. asset information in ERP software.
• I.T. support work relating to hardware/software if required
• Install, maintain and configure hardware and software systems according to company policies.
• Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware and software components.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of network and server systems.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to achieve optimum performance level.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and manage help desk issues.
• Perform system back-up and database archiving processes to ensure data recoverability.
• Update software antivirus on regular basis.
• Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, and other computing platforms.
• Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary.
• Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget.
• Assist in installation and maintenance of telephone system.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

• 1-2 years of experience in a leading creative or digital agency. E-commerce experience is a plus.
• A bachelor’s/ masters degree in relevant field of study from a reputed HEC approved college.
• Experience of handling inventory of IT items, managing vendors and external stakeholders.
• Experience of system configurations, software installations, and complete setups.
• A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution and resourcefulness
• Ability to multitask and be able to handle multiple briefs simultaneously.
