•  Develop and execute test plans to ensure application accuracy.
•  Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the finalized mobile application.
•  Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
•  Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
•  Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
•  Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
•  Investigate user complaints and application issues.
•  Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and developmental requirements.

Requirements:

•  A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or business administration.
•  Experience in quality assurance, information system audit, and testing.
•  Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
•  Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA applications.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Previous experience as QA is a plus
•  Strong experience in manual Testing with latest trends and matrices
•  Experience in Defect management tools such as Jira
•  Experience in API Testing using tools such as PostMan
•  Experience in testing mobile App testing (Android and iOS)
•  High level understanding of applications built on Microservices/Event driver-based architectures
•  Good Skills in Database Testing
•  Able to bring culture and take entire team to next level
•  Expert in writing Test Plans, Cases, scenarios etc.
•  Ability to accomplish timely delivery of projects in a fast paced tight deadline environment;
•  High degree of problem-solving skill and sound judgment a must.
•  Must be a very driven, curious and creative individual.
