Experience Required - Proven working experience in construction management or 1 Year - Relevant to managing construction sites is a bonus

Qualification Required - B.S.C Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
• Reviewing the project in depth - making and implementing schedules with the guidance of the senior managers
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations as well as following the design methodology
• Finding - appointing - and maintaining relationships with Oakmont's vendors
• Coordinating with multiple vendors to ensure on time completion and maintain optimal pace
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review work progress on a daily basis and report to the seniors
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to the sites on demand
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Analyze - manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Job Brief

• We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to plan projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects
