Identify, inform and keep track record of donor funding opportunities relevant to program areas.

• Contribute in writing  and review of project reports/ technical briefs relevant to program/projects.
• Assist Line Manager to update donor's list and their priorities.
• Identify relevant donors' clusters/ groups/ forums and register and ensure participation in their events.
• Provide assistant to department in compilation of project proposals, EoIs , concept notes and fulfil their requirements and ensure their timely submission.
• Effective coordination and facilitate regional managers and project team.
• Develop Project Summary Sheets for completed and ongoing projects.
• Participate in fund-raising events.
• Any other activity assigned by the Line Manager.
