Your Profile

• 4+ years of Java experience
• Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Experience with Spring boot, hibernate, experience in a micro service architecture, and cloud environments is a big plus

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have experience in Java/J2EE, preferable Java 8 or above
• Spring MVC, Spring boot, Spring data, security, Java Play and ORM
• Understanding JSON, AJAX, XML, HTTP/HTTPS and SMTP
• Experience with APIs (Rest/SOAP)
• SQL / NOSQL
• Experience with development and deployment of Enterprise/Web applications (Tomcat, Apache) in both Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with Apache Maven/Gradle/SBT
• Experience using Version control (i.e.: GIT, GitHub/Bit bucket/SVN)
• Understanding best code practices and design patterns
• Good to have experience with Scala and Python or candidate must be willing to learn
• Good to have experience in CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins, AWS etc or at least must be familiar with this
• Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
• Should be able to debug / understand / enhance / improve existing code, services/applications
• Strong object-oriented analysis & programming skills
• Experience in working in an agile development environment
