• We are looking to hire a smart tv application developer.
• The development is based on BrightScript scripting language similar to Javascript & Python for core development & uses Scene Graph Framework based on XML for the UI development.
• We are looking for someone who is passionate to learn and ace this new technology quickly, rapidly develop our first few projects himself and then spearhead a team of 2-3 developers expectedly in the next phase/horizon.
• We need someone whose priority is the success of the product itself rather than the success of his code.

Job Specifications:

• Avid to learn BrightScript language & SceneGraph framework quickly & proficiently.
• Creating a basic level back-end for apps and hosting on cloud
• Learn and adapt the best practices of development on the way and establishing the standards for the coming team to follow.
• Passionate to work in sprints to achieve the development goals.
• Building new features, improving performance and taking great responsibility for his code.
• Can write code that is adaptable to changing requirements.

Qualification:

• BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• Fresh to 1-year experience
• Has good concepts of OOP, DBMS & Web Development
• Good understanding of other concepts like threading, CPU & Memory utilisation and networking
• Great user empathy and desire to develop the best quality app
• Someone with experience in building streaming apps will be a plus
