Job Description:

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Providing support for software applications. 
  • Co-ordinate with team supervisor in implementation of new/change requirements of applications. 
  • Testing of software applications. 
  • Coordination with vendor team in order to resolve application issues. 
  • Providing timely support through execution of patches. 
  • Maintainence of service desk.
