| Job Description: |
Based in USA, we are looking for a senior full stack python/django developer to join our team. This role is critical for our organization as we will build our infrastructure under your guidance and expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Become the go-to person for our technology stacks, including everything related to integrating with APIs.
- Maintain, update, and build new endpoints for features and applications across web and mobile.
- Maintain, update, and build new features and applications on the web.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of full time development work for a leading technology company or startup
- Expertise in Python / Django
- Skilled with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with working with APIs
- Experience with Git and Github workflows
- Experience with a background job processor like Celery
- Docker knowledge is a plus
- Experience developing and maintaining perform RESTful APIs for production applications
- Some exposure to frontend Javascript and CSS web frameworks
- A strong belief in the importance of the readability and maintainability of a codebase
- Ok with being on-call to respond to emergencies should they arise
