Job Description:
  • To identify and develop potential leadership candidates for career development into ASM capacity
  • To coach and motivate the sales executive and create a highly charged and aggressive sales team
  • Preferably with years experience in managing a team in a target-based environment
  • Possess good business acumen, effective interpersonal skills, and is excellent at written/spoken communications
  • Strong leader, entrepreneurial, driven and passionate for sales
  • Support Sales Manage and develop broader relationships with existing partners, agents and resellers in the territory
  • Identify, build and maintain exceptional business relationships with key public and private sector educational stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and analyze opportunities
  • Effectively develop and deliver sales presentations
  • Work with the Sales Manager/ Country Manager to identify and evaluate new markets for existing services, and other development and marketing partnership opportunities
  • Make the market plan for the team, liaise with international marketing team on the marketing activity organization
  • Making sales forecast, meeting monthly shipment plan and achieving annual sales target in the assigned territory
  • Proactively developing business relationship with Design Institute and Engineering Company to identify project opportunities in assigned territory
  • Provide necessary information for preparing bidding documents
  • Work out project bidding strategy with supervisor and get resources from other supporting functions such as Product Marketing, Proposal & Estimate, and Logistics & Supply in order to win the bid
  • Provide technical support to design institute, end user and distributor during project development and throughout contract execution stages
