Job Description:
  • Will be responsible for answering customer calls
  • Completing a trouble ticket and submitting to our Senior CSR staff for review and follow up
  • The candidate will need to thoroughly collected the required data from the customer along with the concerns and advise customer that they will get a follow up within 24 hours of submission of the request.
  • Ability to use simple navigation of the internet to find data
  • Experience using Google Sheets is a must
  • Easily adapts to changes in processes as needed
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent accuracy in data entry
  • English fluency speaking is a must requirement
  • 5 Days a week only. (Saturday & Sunday off)
  • Night Shift Only
