| Job Description: |
- Develop and implement internal audit SOP's in line with latest auditing standards.
- Design internal audit cycle in line with external audit cycle
- Design internal Audit Plan
- Review of all statutory requirements and ensure compliance in coordination with different functions
- Monitor activities of Pre audit & Post audit as per agreed audit plan
- Ensure Company’s SOPs and standards are being upheld by the concerned departments
- Highlight any deviation from the approved SOP on an immediate basis to ensure that appropriate action can be made.
- Give recommendations to improve on current systems
- Assist to review all business proposals for operational business activities as well as purchasing activities.
- Proactively Identify loopholes and risk areas
- Tackle and create solutions to mitigate risks
- Investigate fraudulent activity and resolve issues
- Submit facts-based reports to management and relevant teams
- Flag to management with proper reports, facts and figures and solution to identified risks
- Responsible for continuous professional development of himself and team working under him.
- Any other tasks assigned by the line management.
