| Job Description: |
ROZEE.PK is looking for an Android developer. The individual must be a strong team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks. He must have expertise in the mobile application on Android platforms is sought to implement innovative applications connecting with back end databases and websites. Strong exposure to mobile user interfaces, optimization algorithms, and third-party APIs is required. Applications will be location-aware, strong knowledge of Google Maps connectivity and GPS functions is needed. This is a fast-paced environment, and the individual must possess a willingness to adapt, overcome, and succeed in a constantly changing business and technical environment.
Candidate should have good knowledge and experience in the following:
- Experience of Android OS architecture, Android SDK and different version of SDK
- Create large-scale Android applications, services & architectures
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Strong knowledge of XML and JSON
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON. Understanding of Mobile application's listing, JSON parsing and web service
- Experience in Unit-test code
- Experience to publish the Android app on play store is a plus
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and also should have knowledge of Scrum/Agile
