| Job Description: |
This position will be in Planning and Development Department under the dynamic leadership of Chief Transformation Officer:
- Knowledgeable about qualitative and quantitative research methods, techniques and its applications
- Review and interpret research results and draft reports
- Create visualizations and presentations to communicate results of the research
- Revising the Curriculum under the guidance of Chief Transformation Officer
- Enhancing Quality in the curriculum, proposals and all other tasks as assigned by Chief Transformation Officer
- Planning and Development of Business Proposals
- Writing Innovative, Creative, Appropriate and Understandable Content for Curriculum, Business Meetings, Proposals etc.
- Facilitating in Corporate Department’s Planning, Goals and Objectives Setting
- Structure, launch and drive workstreams by developing hypotheses, translating these hypotheses into work plans and conducting analysis, including financial models, analyzing market/competitive trends, business drivers and operating metrics
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on business goals under the transformation agenda
- Compile the work progress on periodically basis
- Support new business ideas and its development
- Liaise with all the stakeholders
