| Job Description: |
- Interpret and implement quality standards and procedures
- Record keeping of quality data
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances
- Ensure compliance as per food safety and quality standards
- Calibration of equipment
- Verification of machines cleaning and sanitization schedules
- Implementation and verification of sanitation and cleaning program on production floor
- CCP monitoring and verification
- Coordinate with Quality Manager to identify quality issues
