| Job Description: |
- esponsible for Site Selection and Finalization (Includes Potential Surveys, trade area maps, activity generators, care counts, households, demographic etc)
- Responsible for Contract/ (EOI& MOU with Landlords) Management.
- Responsible for Consultant Engagement including Initial drawing, working Drawing and Drawing follow-Ups with architect (kitchen outlet, furniture layout, walk-in chiller freezer, interior and signage) and approval of drawing from international team.
- Responsible for Local and International Ordering Management (Equipment-HED, Furniture and Fixture, Play Area, Genset, signage, LED, small wares etc).
- Responsible for Warehouse and inventory management.
- Responsible for Contractor Finalization and Mobilization (BOQ Preparations,Tendering BOQs, comparison, finalization, contractor agreement, mobilization and payment management)
- Supervising ongoing building projects (Complete Building Solutions).
- Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project.
- Coordination with consultants and vendors for smooth and efficient completion of the projects within the approved budget and given timelines.
- Responsible for the legal, health and safety compliances of the ongoing building projects.
- Handling over the project to operations for opening.
- Responsible for the verification of payments of projects.(Electrical, Civil, Plumbing & HVAC)
- Responsible for complete project execution as per the drawings and BOQs
- Supervise the maintenance (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC etc) of the existing outlets.
